Pagination not working for todo's

Summary

Pagination doesn't work on the ToDo's

Steps to reproduce

I have more then 20 todo's, 24 to be exact, and going to then next page either clicking the "next" button, the number of the next page or change the url by entering "page=2" at then end always takes me to the first page.

What is the current bug behavior?

I cannot go to the next page on todo. It will always take me to the first page

What is the expected correct behavior?

I expect it could take me to the next page
