Information about who cancelled or retried a job

When someone cancels a job or retries a job, it would be nice to see information who initiated the cancellation or retry.

It has happened that a user cancelled a job without anyone knowing who it was or why. Obviously it would to have this information available.
Proposal
When a job is cancelled or retried a few locations should show the user name who initiated the action:
- On hovering the job in various GUIs
- When going into the actual job
- If the job was cancelled through an API call, this should be shown and also who it was (if possible).
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
