Summary

'Issues' breadcrumb link on new issue page does not lead to the Issues page

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click "New issue" in an issue repository.
  2. Click "Issues" in the page navigation breadcrumbs.

What is the current bug behavior?

The New Issue page is reloaded.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The repository's Issues page is loaded.
