slack notifications: non-breaking space causes 500 on saving wiki page

With slack notifications enabled for a project, adding non-breaking spaces via mac keyboard to a wiki page causes gitlab to answer with an 500 on saving the page

Steps to reproduce

1. create repository
2. enable slack notifications
3. create wiki page
4. edit the page -> add an non-breaking space from mac keyboard
5. save -> 500
