Cluster > Application > Ingress > IP Address > Loading state

After installing Ingress, users must wait a period of time while the IP Address is assigned. During this time, the input field shows a ? which is pretty confusing. Its not clear what that means and users often do not read the text below it.

We should replace the ? with the loading icon to inform the user that the IP is still being assigned.
