Summary
When using the light theme, the top navigation "Project" and "Groups" dropdowns as well as mobile 3-dot-menu have unreadable text (white-on-grey) when hovered and/or focused. This does not happen with the mobile "More" button.
Steps to reproduce
- Set the navigation theme to "Light"
- Hover over the top navigation dropdowns (resize below breakpoint for mobile)

What is the current bug behavior?
When using the light theme, the top navigation "Project" and "Groups" dropdowns as well as mobile 3-dot-menu have unreadable text (white-on-grey) when hovered and/or focused. This does not happen with the mobile "More" button.
What is the expected correct behavior?
The text color should be black, like with the "more" button:

Possible fixes
Use the same code from the "More" button, but I am not sure.
