Slashes in branch names lead to a 404 not found

Slashes in branches name lead to a 404 not found. Deleting branches is no longer possible. I recently updated my gitlab instance and my Apache.

Steps to reproduce

-Create a branch feature/xxx -Push -Try to open http://project_url/network/feature%2Fxxx

Gitlab says : The requested URL /user/project/network/feature/xxx was not found on this server.

I am doing something wrong ?
