Default sort to "By Stars"

Can we add By Stars and Favorites to the project sort order? For groups with lots of projects, it is very difficult to find what I want. I can see two features:

• By stars
• My Favorites

As well as making this Sticky, because it seems to frequently reset to a sort which I'm having trouble finding useful.
