Stick filename to header when scrolling through Changes in a review

Desire

As you scroll through long review "Changes" the filename disappears off the top of the screen. A header remains however:

Showing 12 changed files +550 -0

Idea

Would be useful to add the filename to this header or underneath it. And as you scroll have the filename update as it gets pushed off the top of the screen.

Showing 12 changed files FileName.cxx +550 -0

Alternate Idea

The current header seems statically loaded, so if its easier another header below that would also be slick and work fine.
