Can not access https://gitlab.com/ and a certain project after I created it.

Summary

After I log in, I can not access https://gitlab.com/ or https://gitlab.com/vladcalin/gitlab-bug-report/ anymore. It started happening right after I created it to reproduce the bug I reported in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/48116

Possible fixes

Maybe delete the project https://gitlab.com/vladcalin/gitlab-bug-report/ (I can't do it because I can't access https://gitlab.com/vladcalin/gitlab-bug-report/edit either).
