Project star count could include those on external sites such as GitHub

Why

When users are importing a project from another site they'd like to bring across the number of stars they have. This serves as an indicator of how popular the project is and users don't want to lose something they have worked to build up.

What

Allow an official link between projects, and use this to track star count from external sites. This can then either be included in our star count, or displayed alongside it.

How

GitHub includes the stargazers_count in their repo API
