Show issue has description on issue board similar to trello

Description

Currently, on issue board, there is no indicator that shows issue has a description in it. For this reason, we miss some details before jumping to the issue or lose time while opening the issue and checking if has more content.

Proposal

Add a small indicator like at Trello to show issue has the description.
