gitlab is not sending ObjectStore timeout value to workhorse

Description of the problem

I can't push GIT LFS files. Retries to push the files several times then stops with the following errors:

Seems to be the same error as gitlab-com/support-forum#3366 and gitlab-com/support-forum#1280
