GIST (gist.github.com) like feature

Something like GIST (gist.github.com) will be very useful. I opened up gitlab.com to send some text to another user on IRC. but on gitlab snippets only allow "Private", "Internal" and "Public".

so i had to goto gist.github.com to create a secret gist".

on gist.github.com, github allow "secret gist" (other than "public gist") which allow user to create gist that only people with the generated GIST URL can see.
a "secret gist" is useful when you are sharing information that is not any sensitive but you neither want to make it available to public.
