GFM should be able to handle valid link extensions
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/17939 is created to solve the <commit-link>.patch link problem, but we have a few other links that are not properly handled by GFM right now:

I wonder if we should map the most used extension links and solve them on this issue.
