Group issue board not applying changes when issues are dragged and dropped between columns

Summary

After the update to 10.6 I was looking for the new single group issue board (a very great feature by the way). Although if I move an issue inside that board from one column to another (from one label to another, or to "closed") via drag and drop the change does not get applied to the issue. If I reload the page the issue is backed in the "old" column.

Steps to reproduce

1. On a Gitlab CE installation go to a group
2. Open the new issue board for that group ("Issues" -> "Board")
3. Move an issue between to labels via drag an drop

What is the current bug behavior?

The change of the label / or issue state does not get applied to the moved issue

What is the expected correct behavior?

The issue does get the correct label it was moved to (or is closed)
