MR accepted timestamps are showing different times
Summary
In the MR page, when hovering over the time ago tooltip, it is showing different times depending on where it is used. On the MR state widget it shows localized time, while on the comment of the discussion it shows UTC. Please find attached two screenshots to clarify what I mean.
