[STRIDE] - Integration with Stride | Update Hipchat Integration

Hipchat has been deprecated in favor for the new Stride.

Please can someone update the Gitlab's Hipchat's integration to adapt for stride? Many of my projects on Gilab uses this feature and this is breaking our workflow.

Grateful & thankful if someone can take this up.
