Authorized Application count is double the actual count

Summary

The count of a user's authorized applications is double the actual. Prior to this screenshot, I had 4 applications and GitLab reported (8). After removing an application GitLab shows (6) as below.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have 1 or more authorized applications
2. Navigate to /profile/applications
3. Observe miss-match in count

The correct number of applications.
