Please bring LDAP group sync to CE

Dear GitLab team,

this is not a proposal for a new feature, but one to move a feature from EE to CE.

We (Teckids e.V.) are a small non-profit organisation that focuses on bringing free and open source software, collaboration, etc. to children and adolescents, and we are using GitLab as part of that. But our infrastructure bundles a whole bunch of services that are tightly integrated, centrally managed in an LDAP directory.

The only thing missing is managing GitLab groups through LDAP - we could really use the LDAP group synchronisation feature in the community edition.

Thus please consider making this feature available to everyone.
