Link external url of environment in pipelines, jobs, etc.
Description
Many build jobs produce an automatic deploy at some web service instead of an actual artifact to download. While the artifacts produced by a pipeline/job are available for download at several places; an external url is supported by the jobs' environments in gitlab-ci.yml, but to the best of my knowledge it is only shown at the ennvironments page. Especially for quality assurance it would be nice to have it used at multiple places.
Proposal
Show the link for external environments at different places in the web ui, for example always together with the articts download buttons. Especially, I would expect the link at the pipelines and jobs page. Additionally, for an even better workflow, an addition to the pipeline notification mails would be very nice.
