Helpful and instructing Empty state for multi file editor
Problem statement
Currently, the empty state in which the multi file editor can start up in is not very helpful in providing the user tips on what to do next in order to start editing files.
Currently the multi file editor when first opened can look like this:
Also it is currently not consistent with other places throughout GitLab. The user may come to expect this.
Persona definition
- First time users
Scenario description
When the user opens the ~"multi-file editor" on a certain branch it will show the user tips and tricks, plus visual pointers in order to help the user get started
Empty state which shows:
- What is this view
- Points how to go back (may need additional UI for this)
- Points flow of view: select file(s), edit, commit
- Copy:
