two-column layout looks odd with left nav

since the new site layout was introduced with the left nav, some of the existing page layouts look a bit odd. for example, see the integrations configuration page:

the content is on the left and right side of the page and aside from a single heading, the centre of the page looks empty.

i would suggest removing the middle column that's only used for the heading, and making what's currently the right column be full width instead. this is how the layout changes for narrow screens, and it looks a lot nicer. it also reduces the needless line-wrapping from the narrow right column and allows more content to be displayed on that page.
