Add build badge to JIRA issue
Description
Add a feature to the JIRA integration to add a build badge to the JIRA issue like commits are added.
Proposal
When the JIRA integration is turned on in gitlab, any commit that refers to the JIRA project will be properly attached to the JIRA issue. This is a great feature.
I am proposing that if gitlab-CI is being used in gitlab that the build badge for the branch that includes the commits also be attached to the JIRA issue.
