RepoEditor: Opening the same file from sidebar doesn't work

Steps to reproduce

• Open file A
• Refresh page
• See file A already opened
• Open file B
• Click file A again from the sidebar
• See nothing happens, editor didn't switch tab to that file

What to expected

• Editor to switch the already opened file
