Avatars not loading for search results of Issues & MR search

Summary

User avatars are not loading while searching for author from Issues or MR search box.

Cause

This is likely a CDN issue that got recently enabled on GitLab.com as search API response includes avatar URL which are coming via CDN but actual request to get images from those URLs fails.
