Multiple email notifications when subscribing to multiple labels

I subscribed to ~"Community Contribution" ~backstage ~Edge ~"static analysis" and I received 4 identical email notifications for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/14160

I think this has been for a while but I just realized the cause of it. I have another example of having 3 identical email notifications which I subscribed to 3 labels there. Not sure this was from %10.0 or %9.5?
