Badges should not be HUGE

Summary

The badges on the repository page have suddenly (GitLab 9.4.5?) become huge.

This seems to be the case regardless of:

• browser (happens in Firefox, Chrome and Vivaldi)
• logged in/out state
• mobile/desktop version
• old/new navigation
• GitLab-nativeness of the badges (own coverage and pipeline badges as well as badge.fury.io and img.shields.io)

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to the README of a repository that contains badges.

What is the current bug behavior?

The badges are huge.

The badges have normal size as before.

This seems to be some kind of HTML/CSS issue to me.
