Exclude quotes / pictures from the excerpt shown as a summary for comments in dashboard / activity

Description

The activity tab (i.e. https://gitlab.com/dashboard/activity) lists comments with a single line of context (an excerpt from the start of the comment) as a summary line.

Unfortunately comments often start with a quote which results in the summary line containing text content of somebody else's post and not what the person actually wrote.

Similar problematic are posts that start with an image which results in the image being shown instead of a one-line summary.

Proposal

Exclude quotes (and possibly images) from the one-line summary that is used on the activity tab and show the first line of actual text content in the relevant comment.
