Process

1. Translation v9.4-PipelineSchedules ;
2. Download translation .po of v9.4-PipelineSchedules, rename CE&EE.po to part.po and move to 'locale/it' and create the commit and push;
3. Create and maintain MR and synchronize zanata translation;
4. After the translation is complete and stable, tell @htve, there @htve merge v9.4-PipelineSchedules->v9.4->stable;
5. Download translation .po of stable, rename CE&EE.po to gitlab.po and move to 'locale/it', delete locale/it/part.po, create commit and push;
6. Submit review and merger.
