Error 500 while creating new group

get 500 error while creating new group on gitlab.com

Steps to reproduce

try to create group

What is the expected correct behavior?

new group created or error displayed

Issue appears when i select private visibility level and use already used name. For public visibility level option and used name however - it shows red error message, i think that error message should be showed for all Visibility Level options
