Navigation - Make global links on top bar responsive

The top bar shows the global links next to the name of the app. On mobile there is less space available for these links than on desktop.

Whatever links don't fit in the top bar by default should be moved under the More dropdown.

Additionally, the space between the elements in the top bar is tightened to make room for as many links as possible.
