Navigation - Change pagination on mobile top bar to arrows

The current implementation of the mobile top bar uses an ellipsis to show two different 'pages'. The ellipsis stays in the same place for both pages.

The ellipsis should be changed to chevrons pointing right and left. The chevron pointing right should be on the right side of the screen and the one pointing left should be on the left side.
