Filter Merge Requests by target branch
Description
It will be very helpful search and filter merge requests by target branch additionally to author, milestone, labels and other present filter fields.
#Design
A new row should be added to the main search dropdown for merge requests: The icon should be icn/arrow-right and the hint target-branch:branch
The dropdown with options should display a list of branches in monospace font. It should be 312px wide and 312px tall.
Once the filter has been added, the value side should be shown in monospace font
