Can't sort Groups

Sort dropdown on Groups Dashboard doesn't work. Broken on current master and dev.gitlab.com

Go to /dashboard/groups Change value in sort dropdown

What is the current bug behavior?

Nothing happens

What is the expected correct behavior?

groups are sorted

Relevant logs and/or screenshots
