All figures/uploads disappeared from issues pages for group `project` after 9.2.2 -> 9.2.5 update

I just updated to CE 9.2.5. In our installation we have numerous repo whose issues contains a lot of figures (I am from an academic institution). Apparently after the update of this morning, figures appear unreachable with error 404.

I wouldn't know how to replicate this problem.
