Snippet Comments on Edit

Description

With Comments now enabled on Snippets it would be nice to allow the creation of a comment when editing a snippet so that you can indicate what you change was for, etc.

Proposal

On the Edit snippet screen provide a comment box, saving changes would update the snippet and post your comment.
