Commit hostory should be based on server time.

When working with people around the world it can lead to some intresting bugs. For example I'm currently on Nov 1st while one of the other devs are on Nov 2nd. Even though we are pushing just a few minutes apart gitlab is putting the commits in the commits list in the wrong order. Putting his on novemeber 2nd and mine on nov 1st. Our commits should be intertwined (me then him then me etc.) but instead it shows (me me me me him him him him) because of our timezone difference.
