Project's last updated time not accurately reflected in Projects Dashboard

Summary

If I visit /dashboard/projects on my local installation I see this:

My master branches had commits in the last hours. Is there a update job that is not execute?

This does not seem to happen on gitlab.com and I do not know if/how it is reproducible. My Server/Client times are all synced via NTP, so it shouldn't be a time issue.
