repository file references in wiki pages

The links to repository files in wiki pages are broken. Following https://gitlab.com/help/markdown/markdown#special-gitlab-references, [README](doc/README.md) should point to the repository README file.

This works in wiki editor preview, but not when stored and viewed. That only seems to affect wiki links, not ticket links.
