Project Sort dropdown not visible
Summary
The Sort dropdown on Project page is hidden when expanded
Caused by https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/10775
Steps to reproduce
go to /dashboard/projects, click Sort dropdown Can see top of dropdown, but cropped outside of container
Relevant logs and/or screenshots
Possible fixes
a) Move scrollable tabs class just to tabs div (on the left)
b) remove overflow: hidden from the row
