default labels for issue boards (similar to milestones)

Problem
Currently its possible to have a milestone be automatically connected to a certain issue board. We should be able to do this with labels as well
Usecase
For example i would like to have the UX board to automatically have the UX label applied to it, perhaps combined with the ux-ready label
That way we can see across all different teams (discussion, CI, etc) what issues are still needing UX
Proposal
Make labels be able to be connected to a specific issue board the same way as milestones.
Bonus: (multiple labels) (multiple milestones)
