Unable to create new label from board for sub-group project

Create label in sub-group's board not work

Steps to reproduce

Create a group called 'Your Corp'
Create a sub-group called 'Your team'
Create a new project in 'Your team'
Switch to Issue > Board
Create a new issue
Click issue, Check sidebar at right, click 'edit' in Labels, click 'Create new label'
Done, It will not work, this action will try access http://your-url/sub-group/proj-name, but correct URL should be http://your-url/your-corp/sub-group/proj-name
