OmniAuth - SAML - 500 - NoMethodError (undefined method `omniauth_authorize_path')

Summary

Unable to login - 500 error. This happens with OmniAuto enabled and disabled. Please see the following question for the gitlab.rb config. https://forum.gitlab.com/t/saml-configuration-404-on-metadata/7741
