Slack notification service doesn't save the "Notify only default branch" setting

1. Go to a project
2. Go to Settings > Integrations
3. Go to "Slack notifications"
4. Enable "Notify only default branch" and Save changes
5. Notice setting is not persisted

We probably forgot to permit the parameter in the controller.
