Transient Karma failure with Polling tests
As seen in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/builds/14168732, Karma seems to fail very often on the following:
FAILED TESTS:
Poll
✖ starts polling when http status is 200 and interval header is provided
PhantomJS 2.1.1 (Linux 0.0.0)
Expected spy error not to have been called.

Test test error is as follows:
Poll
✔ calls the success callback when no header for interval is provided
✔ calls the error callback whe the http request returns an error
✔ should call the success callback when the interval header is -1
