Autoscroll active indicator is not shown in Job log page

Summary

Job log page, when scrolled to bottom while Job is already running, shows Autoscroll Indicator. This feature was added in !7895 (merged). It appears like log page has some bottom padding added which led to indicator move to incorrect location on the page. Note that page's autoscrolling behaviour is intact, only the indicator is not visible.

Steps to reproduce

Open an running Job from a pipeline, scroll page to bottom and see if Autoscroll Indicator appears at bottom right corner of Log container.

What is the current bug behavior?

Autoscroll Indicator doesn't show up.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Autoscroll Indicator should show up when page is scrolled to bottom for a running Job.
