Using tab to autocomplete dropdown results in new search bar

With the user dropdown in comments, you can type @, use arrows to select, and hit tab to complete selection. But its different with the search dropdowns. Arrows work, but when you hit tab, it selects the first options and just tabs through them without autocomplete. We should make these two experiences consistent by adding autocomplete on tab for the new search.
