Undefined method `unique_ips_limit_enabled' after update to 9.0
Firstly, Thank you for that great software! It is my first issue for gitlab.. i hope do it correctly.
Summary
After update to version 9.0, i get a 500 Error message in front page.
"500
Whoops, something went wrong on our end.
Try refreshing the page, or going back and attempting the action again.
Please contact your GitLab administrator if this problem persists."

Possible fixes
It seems that the db migration didn't work correctly. This solved the problem:
$ gitlab-rake db:migrate
$ gitlab-ctl restart
