View changes made since last tag when creating new tag

Description

Here is my use case: I have a tag that I created some time ago. I am now ready to create a new tag. I'm not sure I remember all of the changes made since the last tag.

Proposal

When creating a new tag I would like to have an easy way to see what changes were made made since the previous tag. That could be by list of commits or list of closed issues since last tag.

Apologies if this exists our has already been proposed. I couldn't find anything in the UI, the documentation, or in the list of open issues.
